Dear Conspiracy Theorists | Tea Party ‘09
Several acclaimed newspapers and journalist have labeled the Tea Party movement as a “vast right wing conspiracy” orchestrated by Rick Santelli and well funded Republican political organizations.
The Political Exploration and Awareness Committee PAC (“PEAC”) was founded in 2008 by two 24 year old individuals fed up with politicians and politicos on both “sides” of the aisle.
As the government infuses itself with the right to make decisions for us, to tax free enterprise, free thought, and human action, PEAC PAC would like to make it clear that this Tea Party movement is not funded, affiliated, or in any way connected to any political party or other political organization, and we only wish we were well funded.
Our team is a small group of young individuals who see the future as an opportunity to reinvigorate our faith in voluntary action. We recognize that many of our chosen leaders have good intentions. There are good Republicans. There are wise Democrats. Libertarians and third parties deserve more respect. But, the independent mind should always be championed.
PEAC PAC does not speak nor represent any of the other organizations promoting Tea Parties in various cities on a variety of dates. ReTeaParty.com was set up immediately after a few individuals within our organization saw Rick Santelli’s now infamous “rant” with the purpose of organizing a portal for event coordination that would not be hijacked by partisan organizations and would remain true to the independent and decentralized spirit that characterizes true capitalism.

When liberals talk about “vast conspiracies” and “well-funded organizations”, that’s projection based on their own workings. Lefties are so conditioned to having a party line to parrot, and so ignorant of their understanding of what makes conservatives tick, that they have no concept of the enterpreneurial attitude and the genuine organic outrage of those of us who realize what they are up to. Keep in mind that the primary constituency of the Democratic Party are people who believe that government is there to run their lives for them. These are the type of people who lack initiative and original thinking, and need to be manipulated and worked into mass hysteria to panic to achieve the Dem’s objective. They are in effect mercenaries, paid for by government hand-holding. Keep in mind what Machiavelli said about mercenaries and use it to our advantage…

How about showing better judgement here? The CBS Weekly Standard and AP bits were NOT shouting out any conspiratorial blather. Why distort and sensationalize? Smells like a radical-left strategy, so maybe you should re-read the articles.
Truth and consistency is important if you wish to further your cause through this opportunity that you have latched onto. Otherwise, you’ve lost your audience.

Lynn, thanks for the insightful words, cautious warning and the much needed laugh! I will continue to enjoy the growing numbers here despite your concerns over conspriracy. Stay tuned. Maybe you’ll learn why fiscal conservative Americans who never protest or voice there opinions are surfacing in droves to express their outrage over how their hard earned tax dollars are being wasted by irresponsible members of congress on BOTH sides of the asile.
Let’s pray that our congressional leaders have wisdom today and defeat the Omnibus Stimulus bill which is laced with 9,287 pork projects at a cost of nearly $13 billion to the hard working American. Perhaps you think giving $200,000 to Rep. Howard in CA for gang member tattoo removal will stimulate our economy. I think not.

Ha! I’ve been a proud member of the Vast Right Wing Conspiracy for many years. It’s about time we started getting the press we deserve.

The foreigners have never failed to divide us and polarize us on some issue or another. It is evident that their goal continues to be active division and exploit of our military power, natural resources, and minds. We should all be on alert, not less since they show that the head of their efforts, Britain, comes yet again to threaten us on the dangers of ‘protectionism’. Since when is developing our strengths and resources for our own nation and eachother an ‘ism’? What do they have to fear from not controlling our policy other than the loss of control over our policy? Do we think they are not a threat because they come here to warn us that they are? By appearances, it seems they come as beggars, and we are the power. But truly, if that is so, then the contrary case would show us as beggars, and them as the powerful. In that case, we would be going there to warn them on the danger of unplugging us from all levels of their policy-making, strategizing, culture, education planning, and currency receipts. Are any lights-bulbs going off out there yet? Truly, our cultural divide is so great from Europe and other nations, that we cannot even see they are making war on us.

Gretchen you need to put down the pipe…..If you bothered to read the linked articles you would know what I was talking about. Since you didn’t, you jumped to the wrong conclusion about my beliefs.
I am a fiscal conservative. Always have been. I am also conservative in my beliefs, so sensationalism and rhetoric have no place for me. FACTS SPEAK, not bull.
So loose the accusation, Gretchen.
And, btw, the Omnibus Bill is NOT the “Stimulus” Bill. They are two different legislative Bills. The Omnibus is an appropriations Bill which is nearing the Senate floor now. Yes, it is filled with “special projects”, coming from both sides. There are more “special projects” than the tattoo removal, as you mentioned, with far greater price-tags than the $200K tag. Regardless, when these are added up, the grand total of wasted “special projects” to be appropriated is insane.
Like you.

The greatest divide within the United States is between those who are independant themselves and those who, for one reason or another, are in need of more attention and parenting. With prices increased through licensing and legislation to the point that both parents must leave the home, and that families are divided, more children are left wanting the comfort of nothing more than attention for their cries and submission to a parent-provider. The government is a beast that cultivates this breading ground for itself. Even so, there are many foreign strategists who are in league with this knowledge and consciously exploit it.

It is time we recognize this principle, and begin to exploit it for ourselves and eachother, providing attention for those in need and sympathy for those who scream. In this way we will be made strong, and the enemy will no longer divide us so easily.

“Much continues to brew there with little positive result and no positive prospects (aside for gold-digging by exploiters of the continuing spigot of USA tax-payer funds, that is), ”
I lifted this quote off a european blog. Exploiting USA taxpayer funds is a common notion out there. Also, a ‘positive prospect’.
