The reality is, we had all better try to grow a garden and sharpen our tools (turn your swords into plow-shares). We should love Mexicans, because (as they did when we first got here) the natives know how to keep us alive. We were against the British then, and we must be against them now. Not in person, but in principle. To use materials, they must first be cut. That is the primary principle of human industry.
