Friends….sorry I haven’t spent more time online. As an employee of Chicago, my job (and the jobs of many others) is on the chopping block. We’ve been busy trying to save our livelihoods, so not much time left over. Chicago government is a cesspool. Even down to the level most people wouldn’t think is affected. Hizhonner Daley got $1.65 billion in stumulus, which is supposed to retain jobs, but he’s using it for temporary projects, entitlement programs and political expediency. He’s sending many of us into the poverty level he claims he’s spending money to alleviate. Go figure.
