The author of five books, Candace E. Salima was born right smack dab in the middle of twelve children. In a family comprised of his, mine and ours, Candace can barely remember a time when reading wasn’t an integral part of her life. Her love of books, reading and writing, was born of hearing her mother read nightly from the James Herriot series about a veterinarian’s mishaps in the British countryside. She thrived in a family of readers, began writing original stories at the age of eleven and has never looked back.

The daughter of a father who survived the invasion of Hitler’s war machine in his homeland and a mother who is an often controversial conservative columnist, Candace has developed a large following as a blogger on politics, the history of America, the founding fathers, writing and standing for who you are.

She is married to her college sweetheart and resides in the Rocky Mountain West.
Why I'm a Tea Partier

Author, Public Speaker, Patriot … these three things sum up who I am. I will fight for America until we have restored the Constitution and the full republic established by the founding fathers. I support and will defend the Constitution, stand for the strength and courage of our military and will not rest until the rights to life, liberty and happiness are restored.

    First, I would like to thank you for your efforts to address the problems we have with our government. I am thankful for every single person who is paying attention to what is going on. I am sending you this message to ask for your help. I have set up a website for two reasons. First, to educate those who are not aware of some of the issues we are faced with, and second….most importantly..to offer a solution which will allow us to correct ALL the problems we have with government and not just one or two. The web site is http://www.americanvote.info. I have included an article on health care, one on cap and trade, and the solution is in the Manifesto. The critical news contains recent updates and additional areas of concern. I would suggest the articles be read in that order for continuity. My request is that you read it over and, if you agree with me, that you send the web address to anyone…family, friends, anyone who is a concerned citizen. I am trying to get this to as many people as possible as soon as possible. All of us need to act or I fear it could be too late by the time we wake up enough people to what is going on. I must point out that the cap and trade article appears to be getting skipped by some readers. That is a mistake because it contains a ”wealth” of info on what we are up against and who is behind it. To fully understand the importance of the solution outlined in the manifesto you need to read that first. I thank you in advance for your time. This past week I added three new articles and again they are best read in order, as I write with the presumption you understand what I have explained in previous articles….new: ”State of the Union”, ”Regarding Liberty” and ”Their Plan”.
