I am a lawyer and have always been interested in representing the people and
justice-not to be confused with our current government. I have a web site at
teapartyapparel.com which offers tea party clothing as well as info on tea
parties being held in Illinois. As a political science major in college- I am now fighting the same battles I did in the classroom. I understand the idealism of college students but really “mature” politicians?-its all about the money and power. which they disdained in the 60’s and 70’s. Amazing!
Why I'm a Tea Partier

BECAUSE THE GOVT IS TAKING OVER THE COUNTRY AND WE ARE LOSING
OUR FREEDOM AND SO ARE THE INDIVIDUAL STATES-LET’S GET BACK TO THE
CONSTITUTION. Taxation without representation-with an assist from the Media.
The pen is mightier than the sword until the pen is stuck in your eye! The federal government is in a different reality-Bizarro world. Let’s send them a message that can’t be ignored. In plain English, whereas, …whereas…whereas…
maybe then the media can understand what this is about.

FLAT OUT CONSERVATIVE- Personal responsibility- the Constitution is a dead document not a living breathing document that changes with Administrations.
Follow it and you get rewarded-mess with it and you get chaos-possibly leading to totalitarianism(dictatorship)(czar). The values of the Founding Fathers honesty, hard work, and an understanding of human nature(Adams). If it is right support it, if not can it.
We need to start educating(teaching) the youth these values and not endoctrinate them with the cow poop the schools now feed them at the behest of political correctness.

John Adams-just incredible. I think we would have clashed quite a bit but it
would be because of our similarities and insights.

    Robert I did not see it but I definitely think they have a problem with their brain housing group.
    Of course if they mean respect for flag and country, American values, personal responsibility
    and of course the under God part I can see why it was too complicated for them.

    I don’t know if you know about the CERN LHC in Europe, there are some who believe that it could cause the Earths crust to shift … it’s supposed to start up in mid Nov ’09 …
    One more thing … remember chernobyl? Imagine if Japan sank under the ocean it has 55+ nuclear reactors, or look at all the reactors all around Europe, or the Great Lakes, if there’s a major earthquake in the Eastern US all the Great Lakes could become undrinkable! (What if the eugenics minded people planted bombs in some of the reactors around the Lakes too.)
    Just some possible hazards I think are there … if I had the money to invest in real estate I know that there are some areas that I would stay away from investing in.
