  • Hello Everyone,

It appears that reteapary.com is permanently crippled from the cyber attack a month ago….for this reason i encourage everyone to go to…

    http://teapartypatriots.ning.com/

I liked the feel of this sight better, but in it current state it does not meet our needs.

Please follow me over to that site. As i will not be making many more updates here

    Thanx

  • Arthur,

I appreciate your thoughts and believe we are on the same page. Other movements are advocating the same old tired rhetoric of calling and writing our representatives and voting in Republicans in 2010 to take back Congress.

What’s the definition of insanity? Doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. The same people are elected to Congress year after year and regardless of their party they are only in it for themselves. Even if the tables turned and somehow the Republicans took back control of Congress, where would their allegiance lie, with the people that voted them in, or their party?

The system is broken and the only way to fix it is to do something different like voting them all out and starting again with new people. New people that respect the position we have put them in and will vote in term limits immediately along with the other Take 5 objectives to prevent this situation from happening in the future.

We have a simple plan that appeals to the masses. There is, of course, much more to do during this campaign and after but there are plenty of groups and organizations out there tackling those issues. With that said, we will be the first to admit that we don’t have all the answers so we welcome any ideas, strategies, comments, etc you may have because we will be the first to admit that we don’t have all the answers.

  • Sorry, please respond back in the next week. If you don’t respond the I will remove you from my freindship list which is very small. I have been trying to get people involved for three years without any results. I am tired of wasting my time with people who think that doing things the old way will work. Arthur

  • Hi Taymor,
My feeling is that the only way we will have any affect in what we do is if people realize that they are the only ones that can make changes. The people are the power. We need to come up with a philosophy that will unite everyone together. We need a mission statement, and a platform to follow. If the people are united the we will be able to make quick and efficient changes. We do this by uniting like minded people. If we have a bad judge, politician, Etc, then we just put out a order which will bring everyone together to get that person out of office. This kind of power will bring a lot of responsibility for which we will have to take very seriously. I am only looking for friend who will join with me in this movement. If you are not interested then please remove me as a friend. Arthur

  • Thanks for the invite!! Soon after Michael Steele became the new chairman of the RNC he sent me a mailer asking what the RNC could do to restore my confidence in the Party. I told him that all Republicans should resign and all new candidates should pledge to accept term limits. I’m glad I found a group like VoteNoConfidence that shares my view.
