    dear sirs;

i saw the event in atlanta was messed over by an obama boy. now inunder stand that you could use some cash to buy out these sob and keep things on track.

how musch would it take to buy out simon properties nation wide and put him out of buisness?

i gave the rnc almost 10 billion as a way of ticking obama off. i appreicate you getting with newt ginrich, fromer speaker of the house and tell him, a request is being filed with my advocates at the us supreme court to buy out simon properties nation wide in cash.

He should know what exactly is meant by this message. he can have the congressman from lousiana, 2ND district call me at any time, joesph cato in new orleans.

I do love a party, and since it would really make obama angry, i am all for it.

i have a friend in the atlanta ga area, i will have to have her act as my realestate manager for this property.
the us supreme court has her name on the list of players and the phone number.

also tell mr ginrich, that i am making an offical criminal complaint and requesting the prosectuion and arrest of rasse and all the people from acorn, ico for theft and embezzlement.

i wish bhim to insure that my request to have the ceo’s at the speified news corpoations get erminated at the emergency meetiong of the stock holder at my request as my proxy. i already told the court his already.

he is to insure that obam never tocuhes that stimulus package money from february 2009, and that obam does not get any more crazy ideas as he did in italy last week with acorn.

i think the purchase can be sealed and finalized in less than 5 dyas and give you the area to have your party in.

i do hope this helps out.

would he like insure the court gets the request from me.

    sinerely

Anyone keeping an eye on the comments here?

I don’t speak for the organizers of this event, but here are some points you may want to consider:

    1. Simon Property Group DOES NOT own the property on which the Tea Party was to have been held. The old Macy’s parking lot is in front of an entrance that has long been sealed off. No one’s access would have been blocked.

    2. George Thorndyke, the owner of the property in question, had agreed to allow the Atlanta Tea Party to use his property free of charge and had gone an extra step in sponsoring fireworks.

    3. Although the event was to have occurred on private property not owned by Simon Property Group, the mall was able to assert authority on the matter by using heavy-handed tactics and legal jujitsu (e.g., reciprocal property easement agreements…many of which have apparently expired).

Atlanta-area Tea Party Patriots are not happy with the 11th hour interference, but unlike Congress, they understand the concept of contracts and the rule of law.

Sure, it’s Mr. Simon’s right to do with HIS property as he wishes, but as his potential customers, it is our right to stop supporting his politics with our purchases.

I’m sure I needn’t remind anyone that rights are a two-way street. They aren’t exclusively for the rich and powerful.
