47 states face budget deficits
Perpetual overspending, combined with rising unemployment in a deepening recession, is placing significant budgetary strains on most of the nation’s state governments.
For those states that to refuse to make the painful but necessary budget cuts, tax increases and federal bailout money will be the only other options.
Once again, we see that excessive government spending has serious consequences for the hard working taxpayer.
