Will the July 4 Tea Parties surpass the April 15 turnout? Will they gain more widespread attention in the national media? Will they attract more Independents and Democrats?
I believe they’ll just keep getting bigger because people are realizing that these are not a republican thing and it’s speaking out for a huge majority of AMERICANS. Republican, Independent, Democrat. Forget the titles we’re learning that we’re standing together as AMERICANS. I also believe more politicians are going to be getting involved and appearing.
I also believe some of the media will start reporting more about them because others are and they don’t want to be left out. Especially when even their messiah is even scratching this itch. HOW they report it is a whole nuter monster.
And who wants to put a bet on Napolatino’s newly worded HSD report will coincidentally reappear, say…. July 1st. I’m sure it’ll be released by an anxious employee without permission. *yawn*
I think they will be more numerous than on April 15th; family gatherings will certainly create no more of an impediment than work did, for most people, on April 15th, right?
Plus, I think it’s cool to go to a Tea Party rally, as a whole family…and then home to barbeque and talk about what a great time we all had.
Especially those who will be launching their own local Citizens Homeland Security Association (CHSA) as part of the AmericaAgain! project…making American history.
This is an incredible time in the history of our Republic.
Don’t expect the media to come out and cover these tea parties. They are ALL in bed with this administration. If they do, it will be played down as just a bunch of right-wing nuts. That’s their favorite title for real Americans. It’s a tough battle and one that must be WON!
“Will they gain more widespread attention in the national media? Will they attract more Independents and Democrats?”
Forget about the national media. Concentrate on the local media. They will come out, if the rallies continue. The national media will come grudgingly and late to this party. Keep fighting all and let’s ROLL!
By the way, there are now close to 1,000 parties planned all across the US!!
I think the focus should have been all at one location. DC. 1000 small tea parties across the nation will have no more effect than April 15th. Hopefully the Nazi stuff will stay at home this time. I have a lot of neighbors who will not attend because of the Anti-Obama bad publicity.
We need to have more teaparties more often and get more people to come to gain momentum. We need to get our legislators interested and invite them to the teaparties. We need to get airtime on our local tv stations with announcements of time and date and location of our teaparties. I know a lot more people would come. I get a lot of people emailing me from groups I belong to asking me where to go and when. The people are there we just have to reach them. I plan on making flyers inviting people to come to the Des Moines Iowa July 4th teaparty. I am going to grocery and mall parking lots and put them on cars etc.the plans are still being made and I will soon post them on the list of teaparties. We have to stop this socialist progressive movement and taxing us for all the spending being done in Washington.
I’m wondering how many racist, nasty signs you will have on July 4th. Will there be more than on April 15, when disgraceful signs were everywhere? I predict the next tea parties will be an even bigger joke than the last ones.
Maureen, there were no racist, nasty signs at the Des Moines Tea Party on April 15th! The only reason you would have thought the signs I saw were disgraceful, is if you are a dyed in the wool Liberal! Is this like Nazi Germany, where the opposition isn’t allowed to voice their opinions?
