  • Okay, Friends, take this first step to start a communications assault on the Senate by doing exactly what Dick Morris says to do here:

    http://www.dickmorris.com/blog/2009/10/27/writing-to-your-senators-and-congressmen-about-healthcare/#more-659

Please visit this site and follow his instructions to the letter. We need to start immediately before Harry Reid can try for passage on the coattails of the House vote by putting the Senate version to a vote right away.

Make SURE when you follow the steps that you OPPOSE in the strongest terms the use of Reconciliation or the Nuclear Option. If Reid uses it, he can get his bill passed with only 50 votes instead of the usual 60. Doing this will be literally shoving the bill down our throats, so go to:

And make your pens into missiles of discontent. Let ’em have it. NOW is the time to do this.

As promised, here are the senators who are wavering against voting Yea on Obamacare.

    This comes from:

”Senators now have websites only allowing emails from people who live in their states. However, we have included phone numbers and physical addresses for all of them.”

Folks, since they won’t accept email from anyone without a zip code for the state they cover, send them snail mail and call them. Now is the time. Start contacting them right away.

  • Last week the House passed the Cap & Trade legislation that will saddle Americans with thousands of dollars in new taxes, fees and higher energy costs each year – predicated on the fraudulent “junk science” of global warming alarmism. You can help with a massive effort to defeat this bill in the Senate. Simply follow the link http://www.ourcountrydeservesbetter.com/campaigns/stopcapandtrade.html and contact every U.S. Senator’s office you can - using the exclusive direct contact information (emails, phone numbers and FAX numbers) provided on the website. This listing includes the direct, unpublished and typically “secret” email addresses of the key Senate staff for each office.

  • I agree with Keith, I too am a Reagan Conservative and feel like a man without a party. I am sick and tired of politicians that the only thing that they care about is how they can spend our money to buy votes. Reagan said what needed to be said, no matter what the cost to himself. He was the most selfless President that our Nation has had in over 100 years. I truly belive that if he was alive today, he would tell the Republican Politicians to get their act together. I would not hesitate to vote for a conservative Democrat if I felt like I could totally trust his judgement.
It you want to know who is a true conservative, just ask them if they support the ”Fair Tax”. This bill takes away more power from the politicians than any bill ever written. It is also the formula to fix our economy. If you do not believe this, then the only thing I can say is that you really do not fully understand what it is all about. Anyone who would choose today’s tax system over the ”Fair Tax” is sick and loves to be punished for succeeding.

  • I am a registered Republican, but I have a hard time admitting it these days also. I tend to rather call myself a conservative. And yes I am a proud Reagan Conservative. And I believe what President Reagan said as his philosophy: ”The New Republican Party I envision is one that will energetically seek out the best candidates for every elective office, candidates who not only agree with, but understand, and are willing to fight for a sound, honest economy, for the interests of American families and neighborhoods and communities and a strong national defense. And these candidates must be able to communicate those principles to the American people in language they understand”.
