RETeaParty.com and FreeandEqual.org have joined forces to fight to coordinate a nationwide protest on July 4, 2009. FreeandEqual.org is a nonpartisan organization that has been instrumental in obtaining ballot access, providing legal assistance, and promoting awareness of candidates of all parties as well as independents. On the anniversary of our independence, together, we will be asking Americans across the country to stand up and re-declare their independence from political favoritism and partisan politics.
Many of us have chosen to register as Democrats. Many as Republican. Others as one of the third parties or not at all. On July 4th, 2009, we will be re-declaring our independence by registering as Independent, Non-Partisan, Unaffiliated, or into a party that is more representative of our independent political tendencies.
Let’s stop looking to Washington DC and partisan political players to save our freedoms. More than anyone else in the world, Americans independently understand the principles of self-responsibility and respect for individual rights. On July 4th, 2009, let’s re-declare them.

Right on Zildjian, there ought to be a free concert at every location if possible. Public Enemy, Limp Bizkit, Paris, Immortal Technique, Pearl Jam, Greenday, Spearhead, Ani DiFranco, Todd Snider, NOFX, and on and on… there are so many great bands that claim to be opposing ‘the system’, we ought to enlist their help, the hard part is contacting them. Usually you can only reach their publicist or webmaster, and then it seems the messages never get through.

What a great name, “Tea Party”. My 72 year old husband, and myself attended one in Florida, found out later our Grandchildren attended the one in Texas. We are so proud of them. Now all the family is organized and we are ready to go to Washington. Let’s are band together in unity and take America back from wreckless Congress.

The action names as defendants Barack Hussein Obama II, the U.S., Congress, the Senate, House of Representatives and former Vice President Dick Cheney along with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

He outlines in the document that while ordinary court rules require answers to such lawsuits within 60 days, in this case the actions of the defense lawyer probably will generate a delay of 124 days – or more – for Obama’s answers.
